We would aim to present you with a shortlist of candidates within 4-5 weeks of the search beginning.
The client interview schedule is then coordinated for those candidates who are fully assessed and committed to the process.
Following your interviews, we would obtain and provide feedback both ways and ensure that the interest of the preferred candidate is maintained.Psychometric tests can be arranged if required at this stage.
